Dang Phong Production – Trading – Service – Import Export Co., Ltd. is expanding its production, product lines, and markets. To meet the growing demand, we are currently hiring:

1. Position:

✔️ 01 Tax Accountant

2. Job Description:

✔️ Review, verify, and reconcile documents for tax declaration and invoice issuance.
✔️ Compile all arising invoices and documents for tracking, accounting, and proper filing and storage.
✔️ Closely monitor the company’s tax payments and VAT refunds.
✔️ Research and update tax and accounting regulations to fulfill the duties of the tax accountant role effectively.
✔️ Timely update on new laws and regulations related to tax and company operations.
✔️ Prepare periodic tax reports, tax finalization, and reports on invoice usage.
✔️ Record accounting transactions and enter data into accounting software.
✔️ Summarize input and output VAT for company activities.
✔️ Directly liaise with tax authorities when necessary.
✔️ Perform other related duties as assigned.

3. Requirements:

✔️ University degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing.
✔️ Male/Female, under 45 years old.
✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
✔️ Proficient in computer skills and MISA Accounting Software.
✔️ Honest, meticulous, proactive, professional, and service-oriented.
✔️ Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Experience working with tax authorities or in tax audits is an advantage.
✔️ Able to work under pressure with attention to detail and accuracy.
